The automotive industry has shaped my professional and personal development from an early age, influenced by growing up in a self-employed, entrepreneurial family within automotive and car racing. This background fostered a strong entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and performance orientation.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong result orientation, assertiveness, and loyalty, particularly in complex, safety- and technology-critical international environments.

I work confidently in international settings, with German as my native language, fluent English at negotiation level, and fluent Spanish. 

Outside of work, I find balance and challenge in the mountains.
